This incandecsent planet burns from within and rotates at high speed. The Firimians can command lava flow at will.

On Firim everything is fast; the orbit, the rotation, the lava river’s flow, even the people are fast (they always run). The Firmians are daredevils; sometimes they forget that people from other planets are not as coordinated as they are and sometimes while competing they endanger their lives. Thus, Firim has the highest accidental death rate in the galaxy. They can control lava which they not only cool and use it to build their houses, but also to surf on or attack each other with.
